The application of polyurethane materials in vibration damping benefits from their unique molecular structure. Their load-bearing strength is 3-5 times that of ordinary rubber, their wear resistance is 5-8 times that of rubber, and they possess excellent tear resistance. This material is environmentally adaptable, oil-resistant, and stable in engine oil and lubricating oil. It is ozone-resistant and has twice the oxidation resistance of ordinary rubber, with an applicable temperature range of -35℃ to 80℃.

Polyurethane materials provide sufficient elastic support while possessing excellent damping characteristics, achieving efficient conversion of vibration energy.

Polyurethane vibration damping pads convert mechanical vibration energy into heat energy through an energy conversion mechanism, allowing the product to control the vibration transmissibility to below 15%. By adjusting the material hardness and structural design through the principle of frequency detuning, the system's natural frequency is kept away from the equipment's operating frequency, typically controlling the system's natural frequency within the range of 10-25Hz to avoid resonance. Its structural design ensures uniform load distribution, avoids stress concentration, and provides multi-directional vibration isolation.
