The core characteristic of PE foam lies in its closed-cell structure. This structure fills the material with countless tiny, closed pores, effectively blocking heat conduction and moisture penetration. During production, polyethylene resin is mixed with a foaming agent at high temperatures, followed by rapid cooling and curing to form a stable foam structure. Different foaming processes and formulations can adjust the density, hardness, and elasticity of PE foam to meet the needs of various applications.
